The Book Haus Return Policy
At The Book Haus, our customers' satisfaction is our top priority. Because your happiness if our priority, we will work with you as much as possible regarding returns. With that being said, we do have some general guidelines in place to give you an idea of how our returns work.
With a Receipt
The Book Haus gladly accepts returns of merchandise with a receipt for up to 30 days after the purchase date. Merchandise must be in new condition. Books may not be bent or creased in any way. When returning an item with a receipt, you may receive a cash refund, a gift card, or merchandise exchange.
Without a Receipt
If you need to return an item without a receipt, we will do our best to accomodate you. We can accept a return without a receipt if we are still selling said item in our store. You will then receive a store gift card for the current selling price of said item. Again, all items must be in new condition and books may not be bent or creased in any way.
Returns for Online Purchases
Online purchases may be returned in store. The same guidelines apply in terms of if you have a receipt or do not have a receipt. If you need to ship a return back to us, please contact us via for further guidance.
